The “D” represents the centerline radius in relation to the pipe’s nominal diameter – for instance, a 3D Bend has a bend radius three times the pipe’s diameter. From tight-radius 1D Pipe Bends for compact installations to long-radius 10D Pipe Bends for smooth flow in critical pipelines, our range meets diverse requirements in oil & gas, chemical processing, power generation, water desalination, and marine applications. Each pipe bend is manufactured as per ASME B16.9, with precision forming, stress-relieving, and testing to ensure high strength, dimensional accuracy, and corrosion resistance.
Types of Pipe Bends We Manufacture:
- 1D Pipe Bend – Tight radius, compact flow changes, used where space is limited
- 3D Pipe Bend – Standard radius for smooth transitions in general piping systems
- 5D Pipe Bend – Ideal for minimizing pressure drop in process piping
- 8D Pipe Bend – Used in high-pressure or high-velocity pipelines for better flow dynamics
